Dancer's Pledge
-
I promise to be kind, polite, and flirtatious
with all the Patron's of The Gallery.
The Patron's are the heart of any buisness, and I must treat them as
such, even if I don't like them personally.
While personal IM conversations are not prohibited in the club, I will
always remember that my personal IM's come second when I am in the club.
If I am going to be AFK for more than a minuete or two, I will go back
stage.
-
As a Gallery Girl, it's my job to be beautiful.
While I may wear whatever I like away from the club, when I'm on stage,
I will wear sexy, fashionable, and attractive outfits.
If there is a theme contest, I will do my best to wear a costume that
meets that theme.
This job requires frequent nudity, and it's up to me to make sure my avatar
looks her best naked.
I should always wear a quality skin, hair, and shape.
-
Beauty is more then skin deep, especially in Second Life.
Just having a great avatar isn't enough.
I have to interact with customers in a friendly, and positive way.
I will banter, flirt, and laugh with customers, but I will never make
mean spirited comments about them.
I will try to greet everyone when they arrive, and I will try to include
everyone in the conversation.
-
I will respect the atmosphere of the club.
The Gallery portrays itself as an upscale gentlemen's club.
While we can get a little crazy at themed events, I need to keep any
personal desires and fetishes that are incompatible with this theme in check.
While they are not forbidden, I must respect that not everyone agrees
with, or even wants to hear about, my personal kinks and pleasures.
-
The Gallery is a fun place to work, but it's also a very expensive
place to maintain.
When I am upset or frustrated with the club, I will respect that the
management is spending a lot of time and money to make a place for me
to work and play.
-
I will respect and listen to my coworker's opinions at all times,
even if I don't agree with them.
-
The staff of The Gallery is a family.
While I may have personality conflicts with some staff members, I will
check my personal feelings at the door when I arrive at the club.
If I am unable to cope with a conflict, I will talk to Management about
the issue.
Manager's Pledge
-
I will always respect the hard work done by the members of
The Gallery Staff.
Most members of the staff are paid in tips only.
-
The Gallery's dancers work hard, but they also have Second Lives
of their own.
I cannot expect them to always be available for work when they are
online.
While I can ask them to work, I must respect their personal time
if they decline.
-
There are a lot of people here with a lot of new ideas.
I will listen to an idea from any member of the staff, whether
I agree with it or not.
While I cannot always be available on demand for this, I will arrange to
speak to the staff member at another time to discuss their ideas
if I am busy.
-
I am a dancer at this club, as well as a manager.
I must always fulfill my contract to the patrons in the
"Dancers Pledge".
I will never use my position as a manager to bend the rules
for myself.
If I do break the rules, I will be respectful when I am called on it.
